Job Title: SAP FICO S4 Hana Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced S4 Hana FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing SAP S4 Hana FICO modules, providing technical support, and ensuring the seamless integration of these modules with other systems within the organization.
The role requires a deep understanding of finance and controlling processes, coupled with extensive knowledge of SAP S4 Hana FICO.
The consultant will also be expected to provide training to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and contribute to the overall strategic planning of our financial systems.

Responsibilities
· Implement and support the SAP S4 HANA Finance solutions to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance.
· Develop a partnership with clients to understand their business needs and adapt strategies to meet these needs.
· Ensure the design and configuration of the SAP S4 HANA Finance solutions are in line with the business requirements.
· Provide training, support, and guidance to the end-users to ensure the successful operation of the SAP S4 HANA Finance solutions.

Required Skills
· Proficiency in Financial Accounting (FI)
· Expertise in Controlling (CO)
· Experience with SAP FS-CD (Financial Services Collections and Disbursements)
· The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, with a certification in SAP S4 Hana FICO.

Preferred Skills
· Knowledge of FSCM – Collection management
· Familiarity with SAP FS-RI (Financial Services Reinsurance)
· Understanding of Financials- Funds Management
· Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Simple Finance
· Knowledge of SAP Material Ledger & Actual Costing
· Familiarity with SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation)
· Understanding of SAP PS (Project Systems)
· Experience with SAP TRM (Treasury and Risk Management)
· Familiarity with SAP Fiori Apps

• S/4 HANA implementation experience. Experience in S/4 HANA Brown field implementation will be preferred.
• SAP MM experience and understanding of SAP configuration principles.
• MM Cycle Count, Master Data & Organizational Structure, Purchasing & Receiving Processes, Supplier EDI Flows, Storage & Operations, and Outbound Processing.
• Good know of SAP processes and Configurations.
• Integration with SD
• Working with IDocs and interfaces.

Job Title: SAP MM/SD Functional Consultant
Remote Position
W2 Only

RESPONSIBILITES:
• Researches and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding SAP Supply chain business processes and systems.
• Participate in on-call production support weekly rotation to triage high severity technology issues.
• Support the identification of enhancement opportunities to standardize/improve processes and system configuration that supports the customer-focused approach but ensures compliance to the business management goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with Functional Architects and cross-functional partners to ensure end to end process integration and consistency, leveraging the capabilities within SAP MM (Primary) and SD (Secondary).
• Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives
• Understand non-SAP business systems and their interaction with SAP.
• Perform all duties according to company policies and safety rules and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• configuration/enhancements within SAP MM including Inventory management, material ledger, MM-FI and MM-SD integrations
• Strong and in-depth configurations and process knowledge of Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Stock Transport Orders, Subcontracting and MRP
• Cross functional experience in one or multiple of the following areas: Order To Cash (SD), Global Trade Services (GTS), SNC and integrations with warehouse management
• Leadership in development, implement and support of global initiatives at various time zones
• Ability to relate technical ideas and functionality to non-technical users, such as prototyping and creating business presentations, or articulating and selling best practices to business executives
• Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
• Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written)
• Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently. Proven team leadership, mentoring, and project management skills
